By making a contribution, you agree to the following contribution rules:

1. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
2. Your contribution must be made from your personal funds, not from an account maintained by a corporation, labor union, or national bank, and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity.
3. You must make the contribution with your own personal check and not with a corporate or business checking account.
4. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
5. You must not be a federal contractor.
6. Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible.
7. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,300 per election. Your contribution (up to $3,300) will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,300 will be designated for the general election.
8. If you are contributing via check and you would like your contribution split with a person who is a joint holder of that account, please note in the memo line how much should be attributed to each account holder as a contribution.

Federal law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. Please be sure to provide the requested information with your contribution.
